Friday morning Scott told me his birthday had just passed, and could we do a workout of 48 50s to celebrate? So we did. Lots of 50s with decreasing rest intervals. How to keep track? I’ve been carrying a bag of popsicle sticks in my coaching bag for something like this.

We recently switched to allowing up to four swimmers per lane. That was a nice change, but hold on to your socks.
Starting Monday, May 17, there will be NO RESERVATION REQUIRED! NO HEADCOUNT LIMITATIONS!
So hang in there for two more weeks — then see you at the pool!
As of Tuesday, April 20, we are allowed FOUR SWIMMERS PER LANE! The registration process should reflect the new maximums.
We will either need to split up 2 swimmers per end, or just keep everyone separated. We’ll figure it out.
See you at the pool!
