Carla has periodically prodded me on whether I plan to swim the Carter Lake Crossing. She insists I can do it in my sleep. (Given the way I’ve slept the last couple weeks, that might be the way I do it.)
I’m still on the fence.
I haven’t pulled my wet suit out of the closet in a long time, and I might be 10 pounds out from getting into it. Do I even want to wear a wet suit? I don’t even remember the last open water swim I did. I just don’t know…..
Can anyone offer some peer pressure to help me decide what I should do?
The race is Saturday, July 20. Three miles, point to point.
