The Tuesday noon swim will be held at Centennial Pool (rather than the Rec Center) during the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s. The Rec Center will be overrun with kids during that hour.

By the way — there will be NO SWIM on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. You have my permission to sleep in, if your kids let you.
USMS registration is open for 2025. Instead of using the default team designation that COMSA provides, you can now register as a member of LONGMONT COLORADO MASTERS (LOCOM)!

The COMSA championship meet is April 4 – 6, 2025 at VMAC in Thornton. Let’s score some points for our new team!
The next three sessions of beginning masters class sessions have been scheduled. These classes run on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM at Centennial Pool. Registration is required through the Longmont Recreation Department (program 121813)
January 7 – February 4, 2025 (5 weeks, 15 spots available)
February 11 – March 11, 2025 (5 weeks, 15 spots available)
March 25 – April 29, 2025 (6 weeks, 15 spots available)
Beginning masters resumes this fall, broken into two sessions: September 10 – October 22 (seven classes) and October 29 – December 10 (6 classes). No class during Thanksgiving week (November 25).

The end of summer is coming, so it’s about time for the outside / inside switchover.
This year it’s pretty straightforward: outside until Labor Day.
No masters swim on Monday, September 2, then move to the Rec Center and Centennial until next spring.
