Amy is over-extending her stroke to a beyond the center-line both above and below the water. This is putting a little wiggle in her stroke. In the “after” video, she has corrected most of the over-extension, but it’s going to take some effort to feel comfortable with it. She needs to focus on reaching ahead and outward and lean onto the extended arm.
