Working on shoulder rotation and vertical recovery. In the “before”, Zach’s arms are about “10 and 2” on the recovery. In the “after” he’s closer to “11 and 1.”

Zach is breathing “late” in his stroke cycle. I call this “breathing through your armpits.” This is causing a little hitch in his stroke every time he breathes.
