Becky Dreasher
Despite being a self-proclaimed “dry land idiot” who dreaded PE class, Becky found success as an age-group swimmer in Texas and Iowa. She caught the coaching bug in 1983 after subbing at a swim camp in exchange for a car to get to a David Bowie concert. At the insistence of a previous club coach, Becky started swimming masters while still a college student. She then became a founding member and assistant coach of Milky Way Masters Swimming in Eastern Iowa in 1991. After moving to Colorado, she spent a dozen years dabbling in triathlon and trail running. Now she’s back at the pool, having coached Longmont masters since 2014. Becky is a USMS Level 3 certified coach and USMS certified stroke and turn judge.

Crystie McGrail
Crystie joined masters swimming not long after college when an old teammate talked her into showing up for a workout. It all escalated very quickly from there as she began attending regularly, and then coaching, and then running and managing a Masters Club in New Hampshire. Since moving to Colorado in 2023 she has been looking to find, and build, the same wonderful community of masters swimmers. She coaches the Thursday noon workouts and is the primary coach for the Beginning Masters class run through the Rec programs. Crystie has been coaching masters swim for 10 years and has a USMS Level 3 Coach Certification, is a USMS Adult Learn to Swim instructor and she volunteers regionally for the Colorado Local Masters Swimming Association (COMSA) as well as nationally for the USMS Board of Directors and volunteer committees.
